NSSAR Enhanced JROTC Program national award winner Cadet Captain Cameron A. Hoover. Cadet Hoover was sponsored by the CASSAR Sacramento Chapter. Cadet Hoover was born in Fairfield, CA, and spent his childhood growing up in Fairfield and Vacaville. He is a junior at Vanden High School in Fairfield, CA. Academically, he stands 1st in a class of 343, having a GPA of 4.38.
